Celebrating 50 years of engineering excellence by rejuvenating a brand

To celebrate its 50th anniversary and reinforce its market position, a structural engineering firm engaged Madonna to rejuvenate its brand and commemorate this significant milestone. Acknowledging the need to attract clients and new talent while staying competitive with more digitally adept firms, we began by conducting value proposition workshops. These sessions allowed us to collaborate with key staff members across the business to understand their insights and perceptions of value.


Our comprehensive approach included designing refreshed brochures, templates, and a suite of social media tools tailored to the firm's needs. I partnered closely with senior staff to develop stronger, more compelling project sheets and resumes for proposals, ensuring their work and expertise were effectively showcased.


Additionally, I collaborated with the in-house marketing team to generate fresh content ideas and implement a structured social media calendar. To further support the marketing efforts, we provided training in AI tools, enabling the marketing manager to efficiently manage the workload and enhance content development.


Through this strategic refresh and celebration initiative, the firm successfully marked its 50-year legacy while positioning itself as a forward-thinking and competitive player in the structural engineering industry.
